• CRISPR gene editing may be able to turn on gene that help the immune system fight cancer “without causing serious side effects.” How wonderful that they can rule out side effects with such certainty before even having tested the technique.

• British woman discovers genetic twin — 7 years older than herself. How? He didn’t have to languish in frozen limbo quite so long before being given a chance at life. As for their other siblings, who knows? Perhaps the twins will choose to adopt and parent their frozen siblings, as is the hope for this Canadian woman who may some day give birth to her own brother.
