Contraceptives and Gender Ideology: The Hidden Link
Plus the Dystopian Digest and Brave New Views Recommendations
In this episode, I interview Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, an economist, a writer, and a Catholic social conservative. She is the president and founder of the Ruth Institute, a non-profit organization that defends the family and exposes the harms of the sexual revolution. We discuss her critique of the three main ideologies of the sexual revolution: the contraceptive ideology, the divorce ideology, and the gender ideology. We also explore the assumptions and contradictions of these ideologies, and how they affect society, marriage, and the human body. Tune in to hear Dr. Morse’s insights and arguments on these important topics.

The Dystopian Digest
The Scottish government is now preying on young women, funneling $186K into its “egg donor” drive. If only some of that money could be directed at supporting married couples build families when it is biologically optimal.
Finally, a call to stop using the propaganda term gender “affirming” care. Any type of “care” that encourages young people to mutilate their healthy bodies and destroy their fertility to be their “true selves” isn’t AFFIRMING anything.
A Spanish baby has been born of his grandmother’s uterus after it had been transplanted into his mother’s body. Only time will tell what side effects he may experience from the anti-rejection meds he was exposed to in utero. His mother says she was willing to “die trying” to experience pregnancy. She may still, as the temporary organ must be removed at the close of this experimental “treatment” for infertility.
Brave New Views
Netflix’s series Black Mirror is a twilight zone that exposes the potential horrors of our rapidly approaching dystopian future. I especially recommend Season 2, “Be Right Back,” in which a young woman orders a cyborg replacement of her late boyfriend whose personality is supplied with a “digital cloning” of his social media interactions.
Nominated for 13 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Oppenheimer deserves the hype, and is a fantastic reflection on the how little control scientists have of the technologies they develop once they open Pandora’s box.
