Do you mean "safe" from unwanted side effects like blood clots and stroke? Or "safe" from preventing implantation i.e. causing abortion?
I never recommend any form of contraceptive because of how damaging they are to women (and myself personally). I personally have used the Creighton method of NFP to monitor my fertility and get medical help to heal the underlying causes of my endometriosis. I know many women who also love the Marquette method. Currently, I use the Oura Ring in conjunction with the Natural Cycles app (have also heard great things about Mira and TempDrop) but I WOULDN'T recommend anyone use any type of FemTech without first learning her cycle solidly with a non-tech NFP method.
